St. Mark's School of Texas' victories in the Preliminary Rounds included a narrow 255-240 win over Plano A, Plano's only early-round loss. These two evenly-matched teams met again in the Finals, another see-saw battle that saw Plano take a 40-point lead early in the "Stump the Experts" round before St. Mark's grabbed the momentum, finishing with a 290-265 win. Cistercian Prep won the JV division with a 4-0 record.
